The rosé is obtained
from red grapes which have undergone little maceration
and are processed as a white wine. A delicate and
joyful wine, it has pronounced red fruit aromas.
Grape varieties :
Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification :
The wine-making procedure starts with the picking,
then the stemming and maceration of the red grapes
which are selected for the production of a Bordeaux
